GoodlyStories - Account and Data Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your GoodlyStories account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion:

To request the deletion of your account and data, please send an email to our support team at:

In your email, please include the following information to help us identify your account:

• The email address associated with your GoodlyStories account.
• (Optional but helpful) Your GoodlyStories Username, if you remember it.

What Happens When Your Data is Deleted:

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will proceed to delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your user account and authentication credentials.
• All stories you have created, including their content, titles, cover images, and audio files.
• All comments you have made on any stories.
• Your list of favorited stories and followed authors/series.
• Any other personal information directly tied to your profile.

Please note:

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover it.
• Some non-personally identifiable or aggregated data (e.g., anonymized usage analytics that cannot be traced back to you) may be retained for analytical purposes.
• We aim to process deletion requests within [e.g., 7-14 business days, or as per your local regulations] of verifying the request.
